Return and Exchange Policy
- As all the products are handcrafted, any small variation in uniformity, color, and finish is not a defect. It only adds to the beauty and authenticity of the craft.
- We do not accept return/exchange in such cases.
- Unfortunately, we do not accept refunds. The product has to be exchanged with the other product from Keiyura.
- Return or Exchange will only be accepted if the order is damaged in transit or you have received the incorrect product for that please take a photograph as soon as you open the packaging.
- Notify us with an image of the product has received to firstname.lastname@example.org within 2 days of receiving it.
- After analyzing the issue our team will send you the confirmation mail or message regarding the same.
